Through hand-drawn illustrations, soothing audio recordings, and rejuvenating face-to-face workshops, the programme introduces 7 interconnected steps, gently helping you restore balance, feel lighter, and bring more ease and joy into everyday life.

The face-to-face programme unfolds one Wellbeing Step each week, bringing it to life through gentle, restorative activities, ranging from calming Breathe & Stretch with TP Pilates and uplifting Dance Movement, to mindful Sustainable Styling, Origami, and Block Printing. Digital programme
The digital programme, available for free, can be enjoyed independently or alongside the physical programme. Each week begins with a beautiful illustrative video introducing that week’s Step, followed by a short daily recording—just 1–2 minutes—offering gentle inspiration and encouragement to help you feel supported throughout your journey.
