What started as handwritten messages of encouragement on small wooden tags has evolved into the Love Me Movement —
a calm, restorative approach to movement and wellbeing.
Rooted in creativity, lived experience, and a deep belief in the importance of balance, the work gently supports people to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in everyday life.
From these beginnings, the Love Me Movement developed into a wider wellbeing practice combining movement, breath, and simple reflective tools to support both body and mind. At its heart is a belief that consistency, not intensity, creates lasting wellbeing.

Today, the Love Me Movement is centred around a weekly Pilates and movement membership designed to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more energised in everyday life. This simple, sustainable practice offers a calm space to move, reset, and reconnect with yourself each week.

The Love Me Movement is inspired by the original 7 Simple Steps—a wellbeing framework that shaped the early evolution of the work.

These principles continue to inform the wider philosophy of the movement, supporting a gentle approach to balance, awareness, and everyday wellbeing.
